But things have changed. Make no mistake, the old casino still remains; but the majority of gambling and card play is now done in another place: online. Play casino now means going online and logging onto an online casino.
And such play continues to grow ever more interactive. Apparently tired of the impersonality that comes with Internet gaming, many online casinos have begun offering live dealers with webcams to recreate the feeling of the standard casino’s environment. The sights, the sounds, the thrill of the cards being dealt out, all these things are becoming available in a far more convenient outlet than the Las Vegas brick and mortar casinos.
